Warranty Program
Beattie Homes backs our new home and condominium construction workmanship with a Limited Warranty – one of the best in the new home building industry. Your new Beattie home is covered for a period of one year against any material, workmanship or product defects. Should any of the above be found within one year of occupancy, Beattie Homes will repair or replace the item(s) to meet the Alberta New Home Warranty guidelines.
As a partner with Alberta New Home Warranty, you’ll also receive a five year structural warranty. This guarantees that should a structural problem occur during the first five years of your home, it’ll be repaired at no additional cost, giving you additional peace of mind.
Service Request
At Beattie Homes we are committed to delivering a finished quality built home, and you should feel secure that our job extends beyond the turnover of your home. We employ a dedicated team of post service technicians to ensure any outstanding items or defects are completed to Alberta New Home Warranty standards. Every home will receive a pre-possession walk-through, three month and one year inspection to ensure all outstanding defects are fixed or replaced.
