Breathe easy, sleep easy with Beattie Homes NEW Guaranteed Trade-in Program. Purchase a new Beattie Home, and we’ll guarantee the market value of your existing home. If your existing home doesn’t sell prior to you taking occupancy of your new Beattie Home, then Beattie Homes will buy it at the agreed upon market value.
Step 1: Visit any Beattie Homes showhome, and one of our helpful Area Managers will arrange a meeting with you and one of our experienced Beattie Homes approved Real Estate Agents.
Step 2: The Real Estate Agent will then visit you at your existing residence and provide you with a market appraisal, based on comparable homes sold in your community.
Step3: Once you approve of the guaranteed price, and have entered into a contract for your new Beattie Home, Beattie Homes will purchase your existing home for 100% of the appraised market value, if your existing home should not sell prior to you taking occupancy of your new Beattie Home.
